Sound therapy has been a healing modality for roughly 40,000 years. It was used with Aboriginal tribes in Australia, ancient Egyptians, Greeks, Tibetan Monks and is still widely used today through the use of chanting, singing, bowls, chimes, drums, gongs, etc.
The use of sound as a healing modality is said to help the heart rate, improve blood pressure, useful in Alzheimer’s and dine Tia patients, boosts immune system, and overall great for calming the nervous system.
Join Kaley and Lauren for a night of healing at Namaste. We will be using a combination of gongs, crystal bowls, drums and tuning forks.
Please bring a yoga mat, pillows and blankets for comfort.
